6B.32  REMOVAL OF CONDEMNER.
 The sheriff, upon being furnished with a copy of the assessment as
 determined on appeal, certified to by the clerk of the district
 court, may remove from said premises the condemner and all persons
 acting for or under the condemner, unless the amount of the
 assessment is forthwith paid or deposited as hereinbefore provided.
