11.16  DUTY OF ATTORNEY GENERAL.
 In the event such examination discloses any grounds which would be
 ground for removal from office, a fourth copy of said report shall be
 provided and filed by the auditor of state in the office of the
 attorney general of the state, who shall thereupon take such action
 as, in the attorney general's judgment, the facts and circumstances
 warrant.
