12B.18  DELIVERY TO TREASURER.
 The auditor to whom said warrant is sent shall immediately, upon
 receipt thereof, deliver it to the treasurer of the county, and
 charge the amount thereof to the treasurer, and shall acknowledge the
 receipt of the amount to the director of the department of
 administrative services.
