12.73  VISION IOWA FUND MONEYS -- ADMINISTRATIVE
 COSTS.
 During the term of the vision Iowa program established in section
 15F.302, two hundred thousand dollars of the moneys deposited each
 fiscal year in the vision Iowa fund and appropriated for the vision
 Iowa program shall be allocated each fiscal year to the department of
 economic development for administrative costs incurred by the
 department for purposes of administering the vision Iowa program.
