7A.11A  REPORTS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
 All reports required to be filed with the general assembly by a
 state department or agency shall be filed by delivering one printed
 copy and one copy in electronic format as prescribed by the secretary
 of the senate and the chief clerk of the house.
