7A.29  TITLE PAGES -- COMPLIMENTARY INSERTIONS.
 The director of the department of administrative services shall
 provide the necessary printer's copy for a suitable title page for
 each publication requiring such title which shall contain the name of
 the author, but such title shall not have written or printed thereon
 or attached thereto the words "Compliments of" followed by the name
 of the author, nor any other words of similar import.
