7D.31  ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES.
 Members of the executive council and its regular employees shall
 be paid no additional salary or compensation for special service, but
 shall receive their necessary traveling expenses, including
 subsistence, when absent from the seat of government on official
 business.
