7.8  SALARY -- GOVERNOR, LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR.
 The salary of the governor shall be as fixed by the general
 assembly.
 The salary, payment of expenses, and any per diem of the
 lieutenant governor shall be as fixed by the general assembly.
