8A.105  PROHIBITED INTERESTS -- PENALTY.
 The director shall not have any pecuniary interest, directly or
 indirectly, in any contract for supplies furnished to the state, or
 in any business enterprise involving any expenditure by the state.  A
 violation of the provisions of this section shall be a serious
 misdemeanor, and upon conviction, the director shall be removed from
 office in addition to any other penalty.
