8A.107  OATHS AND SUBPOENAS.
 The director may administer oaths, subpoena witnesses, and compel
 the production of books and papers pertinent to any investigation or
 hearing authorized by this chapter.  A person who fails to appear in
 response to a subpoena or produce books or papers pertinent to the
 investigation or hearing or who knowingly gives false testimony is
 guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
