8A.361  VEHICLE ASSIGNMENT -- AUTHORITY IN
 DEPARTMENT.
 The department shall provide for the assignment of all state-owned
 motor vehicles to all state officers and employees, and to all state
 offices, departments, bureaus, and commissions, except the state
 department of transportation, institutions under the control of the
 state board of regents, the department for the blind, and any other
 agencies exempted by law.
