8A.456  ACCESS TO RECORDS.
 1.  An employee subject to the provisions of this subchapter shall
 have access to the employee's personal file.
 2.  An applicant for a position subject to the provisions of this
 subchapter shall be permitted to review, in accordance with such
 rules as the director may prescribe, any evaluation resulting from
 the application for employment.
