8A.511  REQUISITION FOR INFORMATION.
 In those cases where the director is authorized to call upon
 persons or officers for information, or statements, or accounts, the
 director may issue a requisition therefor in writing to the person or
 officer called upon, allowing reasonable time, which, having been
 served and return made to the director, as a notice in a civil
 action, is evidence of the making of the requisition.
