8E.205  ENTERPRISE STRATEGIC PLAN.
 The enterprise strategic plan shall identify major policy goals of
 the state.  The enterprise strategic plan shall also describe
 multiagency strategies to achieve major policy goals, and establish
 the means to gauge progress toward achieving the major policy goals.
