8.43 SALARY ADJUSTMENT FUND.
A "salary adjustment fund" is created, to be used to segregate
funds appropriated by the general assembly for distribution to
various state departments to fund salary increases for designated
state employees. Moneys distributed from the salary adjustment fund
are subject to the approval of the governor and director of the
department of management.
