 9A.109  REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL FEES.
 An application for registration or renewal of registration shall
 be accompanied by a reasonable registration or renewal of
 registration fee sufficient to offset expenses incurred in the
 administration of this chapter as established by the secretary of
 state.
