 9C.9  PENALTY.
 Any merchant, whether an individual person, a firm, corporation,
 partnership or association violating any of the provisions of this
 chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Each sale made in
 violation of the provisions hereof shall be and constitute a separate
 offense.
