15E.116  IOWA WINE AND BEER PROMOTION BOARD.
 An Iowa wine and beer promotion board is created.  The board
 consists of three members appointed by the director of the department
 of economic development.  Each member shall serve a term of two years
 on the board.  One member shall represent the department, one member
 shall represent the Iowa wine makers, and one member shall represent
 the Iowa beer makers.  The board shall advise the department on the
 best means to promote wine and beer made in Iowa.
