15F.103  BOARD DUTIES.
 The board shall do all of the following:
 1.  Organize.
 2.  Establish the vision Iowa program and the community attraction
 and tourism program.
 3.  Oversee and provide approval of the administration of the
 vision Iowa program and the community attraction and tourism program
 by the department.
 4.  Request the treasurer of state to issue bonds on behalf of the
 board for purposes of the vision Iowa program.
