15.368  WORLD FOOD PRIZE AWARD AND SUPPORT.
 1.  Commencing with the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, there
 is annually appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
 department one million dollars for the support of the world food
 prize award.
 2.  The Iowa state capitol is designated as the primary location
 for the annual ceremony to award the world food prize.
