16.181A  HOUSING TRUST FUND -- APPROPRIATIONS.
 There is appropriated from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund to
 the Iowa finance authority for deposit in the housing trust fund
 created in section 16.181, for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
 2009, and ending June 30, 2010, and for each succeeding fiscal year,
 the sum of three million dollars.
