 16.37  SOLAR AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS LOANS.
 The authority may make loans to mortgage lenders under section
 16.20 or purchase loans from mortgage lenders under section 16.21 to
 be used to finance property improvement loans for solar and other
 renewable energy systems.  These loans shall be limited to low or
 moderate income families.
