16.53  RESIDENTIAL REVERSE ANNUITY MORTGAGE MODEL
 PROGRAM.
 The authority may develop a model reverse annuity mortgage
 conforming to the requirements of this chapter, and may offer reverse
 annuity mortgages to qualified participants.
