20.29  FILING AGREEMENT -- PUBLIC ACCESS.
 Copies of collective bargaining agreements entered into between
 the state and the state employees' bargaining representatives and
 made final under this chapter shall be filed with the secretary of
 state and be made available to the public at cost.
