Statutes > Iowa > Title-10 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-441 > 441-15 441.15 BOND. Assessors and deputy assessors shall be required to furnish bond for the performance of their duties in such amount as the conference board may require and the cost thereof shall be provided for in the budget of the assessor and paid out of the assessment expense fund.
