468.189 CLOSING AGRICULTURAL DRAINAGE WELLS -- ASSESSMENT OF COSTS WITHIN A DRAINAGE DISTRICT. The costs of closing an agricultural drainage well and constructing an alternative drainage system as part of a drainage district shall be assessed as a special assessment by the board as provided in this chapter.
