Statutes > Iowa > Title-11 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-468 > 468-253 468.253 APPEAL. Appeal may be taken from the order of the board to the district court of the county in which such district or a part thereof is situated, in the same time and manner as appeal may be taken from an order of the board of supervisors establishing a district.
