468.325 JURISDICTION OF MUNICIPALITY. After the drainage district has been taken over by the city, it shall have complete control thereof, and may use the same for any purpose that said city through its city council deems proper and necessary for the advancement of the city or its health or welfare, and the city shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of said drainage district only from and after its relinquishment by the board of supervisors to the city.
