Statutes > Iowa > Title-11 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-468 > 468-381 468.381 PENALTY. Every person who shall violate any provisions of this part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, and in default of payment thereof, by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty days.
