Statutes > Iowa > Title-11 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-468 > 468-572 468.572 HEARING. On the filing of such petition the court shall enter an order fixing the date for hearing, which date shall be at least four weeks subsequent to the date of the filing of the order.
