469.8 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. If a member of the board or due diligence committee has an interest, either direct or indirect, in a project for which financial assistance may be provided by the board, the interest shall be fully disclosed to the board in writing. The member having the interest shall not participate in the decision-making process with regard to the provision of such financial assistance to the project.
