Statutes > Iowa > Title-12 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-493 > 493-10 493.10 CONVERTIBILITY. The articles of incorporation, or any amendment thereto, of any such corporation may provide that shares of stock of any class shall be convertible into shares of stock of any other class upon such terms and conditions as may be therein stated.
