Statutes > Iowa > Title-12 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-498 > 498-29 498.29 EFFECT OF CANCELLATION. When so canceled the corporate rights of any such corporation shall be forfeited and its corporate period terminated on the date such cancellation shall have been entered on the records of the secretary of state's office.
