Statutes > Iowa > Title-12 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-504 > 504-1031 504.1031 APPROVAL BY THIRD PERSONS. The articles of a corporation may require that an amendment to the articles or bylaws be approved in writing by a specified person or persons other than the board. Such a provision in the articles may only be amended with the approval in writing of the person or persons specified in the provision.
