Statutes > Iowa > Title-13 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-508 > 508-21 508.21 AMOUNT TO BE DEPOSITED. The reinsuring company shall at all times maintain such deposits in at least the amount of the net reserve, as determined by the commissioner of insurance, on all policies reinsured.
