Statutes > Iowa > Title-13 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-510 > 510-18 510.18 PAYMENT OF CLAIMS. A claim paid by the third-party administrator from funds collected on behalf of the insurer shall be paid only on a draft, check, or by electronic funds transfer as authorized by the insurer.
