Statutes > Iowa > Title-13 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-511 > 511-9 511.9 VIOLATIONS. The commissioner shall have authority to suspend or revoke the certificate of authority of any company or association failing to comply with any of the provisions of section 511.8, or for violating the same.
