Statutes > Iowa > Title-13 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-518 > 518-13 518.13 PREMIUM CHARGES. Any association may by action of its board of directors establish premium charges for the purpose of payment of losses and expenses and for the establishment or maintenance of a reserve fund.
