535D.12 NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE LICENSING SYSTEM AND REGISTRY INFORMATION -- CHALLENGE PROCESS. The superintendent shall establish a process by rule whereby mortgage loan originators may challenge information entered into the nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry by the superintendent.
