537.2509 RIGHT TO PREPAY. Subject to the provisions on prepayment and minimum charge under section 537.2510, the consumer may prepay in full the unpaid balance of a consumer credit transaction, other than a consumer lease or a consumer rental purchase agreement, at any time.
