Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-596 > 596-9 596.9 UNCONSCIONABILITY. In any action under this chapter to revoke or enforce a premarital agreement the issue of unconscionability of a premarital agreement shall be decided by the court as a matter of law.
