Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-614 > 614-9 614.9 EXCEPTION IN CASE OF DEATH. If the person having a cause of action dies within one year next previous to the expiration of the limitation above provided for, such limitation shall not apply until one year after such death.
