Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-618 > 618-4 618.4 CHANGE IN NAME -- EFFECT. A change of name or ownership of a newspaper thus designated that does not affect its general circulation as above required shall in no way disqualify such newspaper for selection in making such publication of legal notices.
