Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-622 > 622-64 622.64 PROOF OF SERVICE -- COSTS. When a subpoena is served by any person other than the sheriff or constable, proof thereof shall be shown by affidavit; but no costs for serving the same shall be allowed.
