Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-622 > 622-81 622.81 AUTHORITY TO SUBPOENA. Any officer or board authorized to hear evidence shall have authority to subpoena witnesses and compel them to attend and testify, in the same manner as officers authorized to take depositions.
