626.6 ISSUANCE ON SUNDAY. An execution may be issued and executed on Sunday, when an affidavit is filed by the plaintiff, or some person in the plaintiff's behalf, stating that the plaintiff or person believes the plaintiff or person will lose the plaintiff's judgment unless process issues on that day.
