Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-628 > 628-19 628.19 CREDIT ON LIEN. If the lienholder is unwilling to hold the property and credit the debtor thereon the full amount of the lienholder's lien, the lienholder must state the utmost amount the lienholder is willing to credit the debtor with.
