630.2 AFFIDAVIT AS TO PROPERTY. The like order may be obtained at any time after the issuing of an execution, upon proof, by the affidavit of the party or otherwise, to the satisfaction of the court who is to grant the same, that any judgment debtor has property which the debtor unjustly refuses to apply towards the satisfaction of the judgment.
