Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-3 > Chapter-630 > 630-9 630.9 SHERIFF AS RECEIVER. If the sheriff is appointed receiver, the sheriff and the sheriff's sureties shall be liable on the sheriff's official bond for the faithful discharge of the sheriff's duties as such.
