Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-4 > Chapter-633 > 633-121 633.121 SUBSTITUTION -- DIVISION OF FEE. The court may substitute another attorney for the one first appointed under the authority of section 633.118, in which case the fees must be divided in proportion to the services rendered.
